Christ the King is a vibrant community where we minister to each other by reaching out to serve each other’s needs, sharing our common journey together or celebrating the gifts we have to offer one another. Many volunteers are needed for these activities and celebrations. All Parishioners are invited to participate in any and all of these ministries. DivorceCare is a weekly seminar/support group that will help you heal from the hurt. It’s a warm, caring environment led by people who understand what you are going through. Learn practical information and gain hope for the future. DivorceCare for Kids offers a safe, caring, fun environment where children can explore healthy life skills to maneuver through the rough places of family fracturing and divorce.

This committee’s functions include efforts to strengthen relationships among segments and individuals within the Parish to foster a truly hospitable atmosphere. Specific services include celebrations of welcome, farewells, Feast days, funeral receptions and refreshments following Mass.

The goal of our welcoming committee is to give every new family or individual a sense of belonging and help them become an integral part of our faith community. We personally contact our newest members and invite them to participate in a special blessing Mass.
